Athletics Wednesday 3:10-4:10pm @ Oakleigh Oval (Meet near playground)

This session provides a high level of athletics coaching to primary school students of any age, ability and fitness level!
What this running session includes:
– A fun and friendly environment for your little athlete to develop their athletic skills and confidence
– Focus on form correction, through the use of specific drills, activities, and the help of our expert coaches
– Exposure to new athletics events, so the kids can explore different skills and find what they enjoy!

 

 

About our other Constantly Fit sessions:

Social Bike/Mountain Bike – Tuesday & Thursday 3:00-4:30pm @ Bardon

Our bike sessions cater for primary school athletes of all skill levels, so whether your child is just beginning or already riding, they will fit right in and challenge themselves to do better in a safe environment.

What this session includes:
– Options for kids to be picked up from school, or meet our coaches at Bardon
– A safe and fun environment for athletes to develop their bike handling skills, cornering, jumps, wheelies, and endo’s.
– Fun drills and games focusing on improving bike specific technique and coordination
– They will learn road rules, which will help putting parents minds at ease
– Bike maintenance

This session goes from 3:00pm to 4:30pm on Tuesdays & Thursdays. If you are dropping your kids off just let us know – our coaches will wait for you!

 

Performance Middle/Long Distance Running Squad

Constantly Fit runs a senior primary/high school performance running group for athletes wanting to achieve results in Cross Country and Track and Field, from a district level all the way to national level, as well as inter school championships like GPS, QGSSSA, and CaSSSA.

The program also involves specific technique correction and improvement, and training sessions designed to best prepare your young athlete to achieve their potential at their next competition! All Constantly Fit performance sessions come with a bonus online strength & flexibility program, specifically for running.

Sessions are held Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoon and Saturday morning, for middle and long distance. 

 

Performance Sprint Squad

We are dedicated to helping junior to high school athletes develop their sprinting skills and reach their full potential. Our training sessions are designed to provide a challenging and supportive environment where athletes can hone their form, improve their technique, and achieve their best results.

Our focus is on long-term development, which means that we work with athletes to build a strong foundation of skills and knowledge that will serve them well throughout their athletic careers. We believe that good form is the key to success in sprinting, and we spend a lot of time working with athletes to perfect their technique and mechanics.

In addition to form improvement, we also place a strong emphasis on competition results. Our training sessions are designed to help athletes build speed, power, and endurance so that they can perform at their best when it counts. We believe that competition is an important part of the development process, and we encourage our athletes to participate in local, regional, and national events.

Sessions are held Mondays, Wednesdays @ 5:00pm & Sundays @ 4:00pm at UQ Athletics Track.
