We have created a community of individuals with the same mindset, and pursuing health and fitness to create a better quality of life is a priority for everyone involved. Whether that be Connie herself, or her brilliant coaches and clients, this method can be seen throughout the Constantly Fit community and in the consistently exceptional results.
Leading by example. Connie leads a healthy lifestyle and preaches what she teaches. She not only trains for multiple sports, running, cycling, swimming, gym and Hyrox, she has researched many diets. Trialed carnivore, sugar free, low carb, fasting, keto and blood glucose monitoring, has managed to come up with the best cycling of diet to achieve high level competitions. ( 8 world champs and recent Hyrox competitions ) She encourages her clients to choose healthy diet that’s right for their body type!Â
