Join us at Bowman Park from 4:45-5:45pm for a revamped Strength and Conditioning session. This session is a perfect complement to our Monday Session, but also fairs perfectly on its own.
With a focus on improving power, strength, balance, technique, stride efficiency and stability, this session is essential for a young athlete looking to improve in any sport, running or otherwise. We’ll guide your child through group exercises in a fun, engaging way that gets them working hard and strong without even realising it!
