This is our philosophy here at Constantly Fit – our focus is wholeheartedly on seeing improvement in every athlete, every session.
We have a variety of sessions tailored specifically for primary school kids. We coach athletics, running, mountain biking, games & core among other sessions.Â
We coach at schools around inner west Brisbane. If we don’t coach at your school, send us a message at the bottom of this page so we can arrange a way to coach your child!

About Our Sessions:
Athletics/Running
We provide a high level of athletics coaching to primary school students of any age, ability and fitness level! Our sessions provide a fun and friendly environment for your little athlete to learn proper running technique, develop their fitness and make friends in the process!
Ideal for preparing for cross country/athletics season, but also suitable for those little athletes just starting their running journey!
We use a range of fun and engaging drills and activities to promote good form, followed by training sessions suitable for all abilities! We aim to challenge each and every kid to do their best and seek improvements!
All sessions are either done at the school, or at a nearby oval where the kids are walked to (before school) and from (after school) school and go for 1-1.5 hours.
Suitable for Active Preppies through to Grade 6. Games & Core (below) is often a good bridging session if your kids don’t particularly enjoy running yet!
Games, Core & Balance
Our Game, Core & Balance sessions are designed to accelerate motor learning & coordination through fun, engaging activities and fitness-based games. Perfect for getting those not-so-sport-inclined kids on the path to becoming little superstars!
All sessions are either done at the school, or at a nearby oval where the kids are walked to (after school) and from (before school) school and go for 1-1.5 hours.
Suitable for Preppies through to Grade 6. Games & Core is a great way to introduce fitness based activity to young kids!
Mountain Biking
Mountain biking is a great way to be active and have a blast at the same time! With highly experienced certified coaches, we provide technique development with safety, speed and fun in mind!
We coach athletes of all skill levels, so whether your child is just beginning or already shredding the trails they will fit right in and challenge themselves to do better in a safe and exciting environment.
