School Holiday Running Clinics
Join us these school holidays for four action-packed running sessions at Bowman Park, designed to help young athletes become stronger, faster and more confident runners.
📅 Tuesdays & Thursdays (both weeks of the school holidays)

Each session offers two training groups, allowing athletes to choose the stream that best suits their goals.
Speed Clinic
Perfect for athletes looking to improve speed for athletics and field sports such as soccer, AFL, rugby, netball and touch football. Sessions focus on acceleration, sprint technique, reaction time, agility, power, coordination and fun speed-based challenges.
Cross Country Performance Group
Designed for distance runners wanting to improve running economy, pacing, endurance and race performance. Athletes will develop confidence through threshold training, hills, technique work and race-specific sessions.
Whether your child is chasing a faster sprint time or preparing for their next cross-country race, our experienced coaches will help them build the skills, confidence and fitness to perform at their best—all in a fun and supportive environment.
