Week 2 — Fitness Testing & Team Challenge

Week 3 — Big Team Boot Camp

  • Large group team-based workout

  • Whole team works together to “chip away” at shared targets

  • Focus on teamwork, energy & culture


Week 4 — Partner Boot Camp

  • Paired workouts

  • Shared workload & accountability

  • Cardio + strength stations completed together

  • Emphasis on teamwork & support


Week 5 — Game-Based Strength Boot Camp

  • Weights session

  • EMOM (Every Minute on the Minute)

  • AMRAP (As Many Rounds As Possible)

  • Challenger-style workouts

  • Exercise delivered in a fun, game format


Week 6 — Team Challenge Boot Camp

  • Weights + conditioning

  • Team sleds, wall balls & rowing

  • Trivia workout challenge

  • High-energy team-based session


Week 7 — “For Time” Challenge Boot Camp

  • Weights session

  • Complete a set workout for time

  • Can be done solo or in pairs

  • Focus on effort, pacing & personal challenge


Week 8 — Mini Olympics

  • Multiple events with fun twists

  • Team scoring

  • Light-hearted competition

  • High engagement & morale boost


Week 9 — Social Media / Culture Challenge

  • Optional TikTok or short-form video challenge

  • Create a fun team culture video

  • Can be shared publicly or kept internal

  • Designed to boost morale & team identity


Week 10 — Final Testing, Photos & Awards

  • Repeat fitness testing & measurements

  • Optional after photos

  • Results review & progress summary

  • Awards ceremony, including:
