Constantly Fit runs a senior primary/high school performance running group for athletes wanting to achieve results in Cross Country and Track and Field, from a district level all the way to national level, as well as inter school championships like GPS, QGSSSA, and CaSSSA.
Sessions are held Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday afternoon and Saturday morning, for middle and long distance. The program also involves specific technique correction and improvement, and training sessions designed to best prepare your young athlete to achieve their potential at their next competition!
All Constantly Fit performance sessions come with a bonus online strength & flexibility program, specifically for running!
This session is held on Wednesdays, 5pm-6pm @ UQ Track.
