Milton Games & Core Tuesday 7:30

This session provides critical development of coordination and balance to our primary school athletes, as well as both fine and gross motor skills.
This is achieved using:
– A large variety of games and activities aimed at exposing the athletes to new skills and movements
– Fun drills aimed at improving balance, coordination, and instilling correct movement techniques

This session is held at Gregory Park, Milton from 7:30am-8:30am, after which the kids are walked to school by the coaches.
