Sprint: Monday & Wednesday 4:30pm, Sunday 4:00pm, | UQ Athletics Track

Hill Sprints: Tuesday 4.30pm | Mt Coot-tha

Distance: Wednesday& Thursday 4:30pm | Mt Coot-tha

All sessions 1.5 hours.
